Math is considered as a difficult subject which makes students fear mathematics resulting in low scores. Math tests are conducted across the grades. Pressure of getting good marks in test creates math anxiety in students. Many students need help outside the classroom to keep up with the math class and to gain confidence. If they don’t get the help they need, studying math becomes a frustrating and unpleasant experience.
Since most teachers do not have the luxury of time, they tend to stick to tried and tested techniques, which leaves a lot of room for confusion in most students. Classroom sizes have also grown, making it difficult for each student to get individual attention. Fortunately, there is a lot that students can do to help themselves learn and understand math better.

Their business was a not-for-profit designed to raise money for Down’s Syndrome research. They pursued this because one of the children had a brother with this disease. Using their reading skills, they developed a product, and had it manufactured in China. They created their own web site in Front Page, and appeared on Fox and NBC news. They gave talks before Rotary and Lion’s clubs, and in a single year their raised $93,000.00 for Down’s Research. They also won the Silver Pyramid Award in advertising. They won as the best not-for-profit company in America, and competed against company’s run by adults.
It is not difficult to get a good math tutor for your child. With a little search, you will get many skilled teachers. Some of them are available for online tuitions. If you find the right teacher, then the battle is won and you will not have to worry at all. Math teachers who are specially trained know their job and deal different kinds of teaching methods with equal ease. It is important to praise the child’s attempts to learn. Rewarding is also essential. If the child is encouraged in a positive way, he will soon shine as a student of math and be an example for others.
